How it Works
We will make an original custom-made video for your property listing.
Choose a 1-minute or 2-minute video length in any of the 4 major aspect ratios: good for Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, X, or LinkedIn. If you need additional aspect ratios of your video, we offer this service as a paid option.
We also have a combo package that provides both a 1-minute and 2-minute video at a discounted price. This is best if you wish to place the 2-minute video on the MLS and use the 1-minute video as a short on social media.
As a default, we do not add personal branding to videos. This is because the MLS will not allow videos with branding to appear in Zillow, Trulia, etc.
However, if you wish to have your personal branding in the video, we offer it as an option for $25. You’ll be prompted to select it at checkout. Videos with personal branding can be used on social media with no issues.
After choosing a package and/or options, you’ll be offered the choice to select from one of our 12 musical genres for your song. If you do not choose a genre, we will select the best one for your listing based on our expertise.
Please send the full address of the property, all photos and videos, and your full listing description in a single zipped file to: lyricallistingsvideos@gmail.com. If a zipped file isn’t possible, we’ll use what’s available on Zillow, though it may be incomplete.
We deliver your final video within 48 hours of purchase. If you need revisions, we offer 2 revisions per listing. Please allow 24-48 hours for each revision.
For orders over $1000, we offer a 10% discount off the retail site pricing. The 10% discount will automatically be applied at check out.
